On 1 September 2021, Our Lady of Lourdes RCPS joined Guardian Angels' RCPS to become a federation, 'The Federation of Guardian Angels' and Our Lady of Lourdes'.  The governors of Our lady of Lourdes resigned from the Governing Body and a new Federation Governing Body was adopted.
