Butterflies
We have enjoyed watching our class caterpillars grow and form their cocoons. We acted out the life cycle of a butterfly and read and acted out the story of ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’.
We looked at the different patterns on butterflies learning all about symmetry. We made our own symmetrical patterns on butterflies using printing with paints.
We created our own patterns and life cycles and worked together to sequence the life cycle of a butterfly.
