Sports Week - Reel Education 🎣
In PE we have been focusing on keeping within our pitch during a match of football and hockey.
We have been focusing on jumping over hurdles, throwing and catching and walking with the ball while bouncing it. The children were able to work in small groups and carry out the activities independently.
Some of the year 6s helped us to practice our throwing and catching skills during PE.
We had 3 different stations that the children rotated around, we had shooting into the net, jumping over hurdles and finally playing a game of hockey.
We love having a race in the sun!
Reception have looked at the game of dodge ball, the children really enjoyed the match of girls vs boys.
We have been practicing our running races ready for sports day, the children are getting very fast!
