Welcome to Year 6!

We start the year exploring Place Value and then move onto the 4 Operations! In English, we will be developing our writing across a number of different genres including Instructional writing, setting descriptions and poetry!

In History, we will be looking at the causes of WW1 and WW2 and the developments made during this time period. Climate will be our focus in Geography.

Homework will be set on a Friday and to be returned to school on Monday. Year 6 Spellings will 'go live' on Monday morning with a spelling dictation occurring on Friday.
