Daily reading – Each week children will be sent home with their reading books these are to be returned and signed everyday. Books are expected to be read and fully understood before changing. 

Spelling – Spelling will be practised daily in class to further support learning. Weekly Spelling Shed activities will be set.  Please log on to your child's Spelling Shed using their log in details in the back of their reading record books.

Maths -  Using the same log in details for Spelling Shed your child will be able to access Maths Shed where weekly maths challenges will be set for your child to practice.

We will also be using TT Rockstars to practise times tables ready for the Multiplication Test, which will take place this school year.  The log in details will also be in the reading record books.

Daily 10 is also a great resource to get the children used to the speed of the Multiplication Test:

General - Topic Based Termly Homework will be set each half term based around that term’s topic. Your child is expected to complete at least two of the tasks set each term.  These will also be set on Seesaw.

Summer 2 homework:  One task to be brought in or images/videos uploaded onto Seesaw by 27th June and the 2nd task by 11th July.
