Winter
The children found lots of ice in the outdoor area. They really enjoyed playing with it and exploring how to free objects that were stuck in the ice!
The children at home and school investigated the quickest way to melt an ice cube. We made some predictions first and then tested our ideas using salt, sand, water, sugar and heat from our hands.
We looked for signs of winter on our winter walks. We collected twigs to make a frame for our winter pictures.
Fun in the snow!
