Year 3 immersed themselves in all things ancient Egypt, in preparation for their up coming non-chronological report. We focused upon the ‘appearance’ of the old civilisation, particularly focusing upon what they wore. Drawing from our history knowledge, we went on to explain what such items were and why they we used. 🇪🇬🏜️

Year 3 were perplexed to find a mysterious, mythical egg lying within the realms of a castle, accompanied by a riddle. We worked in pairs to decode, before moving on to create our own ‘Who am I’ riddles, in preparation for our new text ‘The Boy Who Grew Dragons’. 🐉🥚
