We made paper aeroplane catapults ✈️ linked to our transport topic in class. We also had toasted marshmallows 😋So happy to be back in Forest School ☀️Learning through play.
The children learned in FS about pottery as the art of making containers, sculptures and other objects of clay.🏺
Lots of minibeasts eat plants and many flying insects feed on nectar from flowers. Others, such as spiders, like to eat other minibeasts. Some minibeasts eat much stranger things – for example, some beetles and ants munch on wood, worms eat dead stuff in the soil, and dung beetles feast on animal poo.🪲We have learn a lot about Minibeast🐌
🌿🐞Reception listens to 'What the Ladybird Heard', and the story inspired them to create maps of our Forest School using mud. We played hide and seek and were adventurous in finding different places to hide in.🌿
🌻Toasted marshmallows, listening to story and bee art 🐝
