Welcome to the Summer term!

During the COVID19 pandemic, we will be communicating through Seesaw. If you have any problems with accessing or submitting Home Learning via this application, then please call the school office or email olol@bury.gov.uk.

 

To help the children stay in touch with their friends, Year 3 are using email through Purple Mash.

 

We are very impressed by the work and effort of both Parents and children, which is evident in the creative work that has been shared so far. Some of this can be viewed on our Twitter page.

Home-learning:  

• Maths homework will be timetables practice, your child will receive a timetables book that needs to be returned each Monday.  https://www.mathshed.com/ and https://ttrockstars.com/ is available for children to use in addition to other homework, but this is optional.

• Weekly spelling homework will be accessed via https://www.spellingshed.com/.

You will be given passwords for the above websites.

• Reading: please can you support your child by aiming for at least 10 minutes every night. Please sign the home-school diary with the pages read and any words that your child found difficult.
