Dignity of work (11&12 April)

We have followed the Caritas in Action theme 'Dignity of work.' The children have been learning about the importance of the work people do in the school community and in God's wider world. They have explored their own gifts and talents - thinking about what they want to do in the future.
As a huge Thank you to the staff at our school for their hard work, the children transformed the classroom in to a 'Thank you' Cafe on Tuesday afternoon. They made invitations and served staff and visitors with drinks, cakes and biscuits. Some children provided entertainment for the Guests by reading them a story. We definitely have some children who are made for a hospitality career in the future!
