Welcome back year 3!

Welcome back to our final term in year 3!

I hope you have all had a lovely rest and are ready to hit this half term full steam ahead!

This term we will be exploring all things 'Ancient Egypt', investigating the vast differences from life as we know it today. We will button up our Lab coats to study 'light energy' and its fundamental place in our daily lives, before taking a trip down memory lane, enjoying a cacophony of melodies based on Roman Army marches.

Homework:

Children will be set a homework grid with an array of different activities themed around our topics in class that half term. This homework is due on the last day of term and can be found under the ‘homework’ tab below.
Each week, children will have a set of 10 spellings to practice on Edshed, as well as inside their homework book, in which they will incorporate these words into spelling sentences, using the conjunctions sheets stuck in the inside pages. This homework will be set each Monday and will be brought back to school each Friday ready for the new week ahead.
