Maths Activity for Monday 1st March 2021

Today we are comparing numbers to 10. After watching the video on Tapestry please see the activity below. Roll a dice or if you have not got one just choose a number between 2 and 6. The number you pick or roll is your number that goes in the middle. Then use the dominoes attached and work out the number on each domino. Sort the dominoes into those that have fewer spots than your starting number and those that have more spots than your starting number.  If you do not have a printer you could draw your own dominoes. 

To extend this activity when sorting the dominoes into fewer and more, work out how many more spots, how many less spots than the starting number.
