We have reflected on our progress.
Caritas in Action: Family and Community
We began our theme by thinking about three questions: What does the word Community mean? What makes a Community? Who is in my Community?
Next we thought about God’s Community and how two pieces of scripture from the Bible explain how God’s Kingdom is built.
We have also created a mini bible of our own to present our answers and reflect on our thoughts about what we think the Kingdom of God is like.

Remembrance crosses at Forest school
Our crosses have travelled from our school to our parish. They will be displayed in the grounds of Guardian Angels’ Church.
Judaism
Year 5 are busy working on their Judaism projects.
Advent : Loving, Hope
We explored the theme of waiting hopefully through the means of the new Christmas McDonalds advert.
We reflected on the importance of Advent and responded to the question; Does a chocolate advent calendar or Advent show the true meaning of Christmas?
