Holy Week
To finish off our wonderful learning in Holy Week, the children reflected so reverently in our class collective worship.✝️❤️
14.04.22: In our final lesson the children focused on Easter Sunday and celebrated by singing Alleluia. ✝️❤️
13.04.22: “Cross Crafts”.✝️
13.04.22: The children learned the story of Good Friday then created three types of “cross” craft using paint, pastels and tissue paper.. ✝️ 🎨 .
In the second part of the lesson we rocked out and sang and danced “Hosanna”. Our version of welcoming and greeting Jesus into Jerusalem. ✝️ 🎸 🥁 🎤
12.04.22: The children learned the story of Palm Sunday and loved Bible Builders version using Lego. They then recreated Jesus arriving into Jerusalem and waved their Palm leaves which had special greetings on them.🌿
11.04.22: The children Learned about how Lent is a perfect time to make a new start. They created a situation displaying unkind behaviour and then changing it to say sorry.
