We attended the Bury Crucial Crew event and learnt about how to stay safe online, when crossing roads and near railway lines and trams. We also found out about how alcohol and drugs affect the body and how to reduce the amount of sugar we eat to improve our health.
We reflected on questions about our skills and talents- and how we feel when we pick something up easily and when we find something difficult. We thought about how we could achieve our goals.
During Children’s Mental Health Week, we looked at how we can know ourselves and grow ourselves. We created art work to show our identify, skills and what we love about ourselves.
We joined the living streets ‘we walk for health’ assembly. We discussed how we stay healthy, how important it is to be active it is to be active and how incredible our bodies are.
