Wellbeing Club
🌿Wellbeing Club🪴
The Wellbeing Club is an initiative designed to help children explore wellbeing from their own perspective. Our sessions focus on the five ways to wellbeing and incorporate these principles throughout our activities. We include yoga, forest school exploration, drawing and creativity, as well as reading new stories.
At the Wellbeing Club, children develop an understanding of:
- How to manage their emotions using various techniques, such as mindfulness, movement, and breathwork
- The importance of forming valuable connections and friendships
- How to build resilience during difficult times
- Ways to share and get along with others
- The value of appreciating both the differences and similarities among people
- Effective communication skills
