• Extra KS2 Choir Rehearsals to prepare for the Christmas Performances

  Starting the 19 November after school (3.15pm-4.15pm) Mrs Kiddle and Mrs Hindle would like the KS2 choir to attend extra practice sessions after school.  The sessions will be for three weeks 19/11, 26/11 & 3 December.

• Purple Mash competition to win a Kindle Fire - closing date 6 December

  Your child needs to log on to Purple Mash and design their own game.  Please encourage them to participate and have the chance of winning a Kindle Fire!  The instructions of how to log on are below.

   

  How to log into Purple Mash

  1. Visit https://www.purplemash.com
  2. Click on ‘Find my school’s login page’ and enter the Postcode BL8 1YA.           
  3. Use your child’s login details - these will be sent home.
  4. Click on Computing.     
  5. Next, click on   and launch the app.
  6. Choose between ‘Simple game’, or the more challenging ‘My Game’.
  7. Once your child has completed designing the game, press the exit button. 
  8. Click save and exit.
  9. Click on ‘My Work’ and enter a filename.
      

  The filename should be ‘CHILDSNAME’ MYGAME
