Move up day as Year 2
This week in English we have been using 'Talk for Writing' to learn the book 'Bats'. The children have really enjoyed drawing the story map, making up actions and role playing as Professor Know it All the Bat expert.

The children had a wonderful time today at
the Small Schools Music Festival at Guardian Angels Church.
They all sang really well and remembered all the actions.
Thank you for all your support in helping the children to practise at home and a big thank you to Mrs Cassidy for providing the music.

Summer Term
We have been learning about fractions.
Thank you all so much for coming to watch the Mother's Day assembly on Friday. I'm sure you will agree the children were all fantastic! They all worked so hard in the weeks leading up to the assembly. I am so proud of them all, as I am sure you are.
