School Improvement Plan 2024/2025

During this academic year, we are working on three key priorities. These priorities have been agreed after careful school self-evaluation and analysis of data from the 2023 – 2024 academic year.

Our key priorities:

• Pupil groups to have a greater impact on the Catholic life and Mission of the School.
• To further improve outcomes in RE.
• To implement the Prayer and Liturgy Directory
• To further embed the curriculum, improving outcomes for children
• To improve pupil outcomes by ensuring every child is ready to learn and every child reaches their full potential
• To improve the curriculum to develop children's confidence, impacting on pupil outcomes
• To continue to develop leadership within school, impacting on the quality of education
